Honeywell Wireless FocusPro Thermostat

Honeywell is one of the oldest and most trusted names in home thermostats.  The Honeywell Wireless FocusPro Thermostat delivers the same great features as the original FocusPro Thermostat except it is now wireless!  Thanks to Redlink technology this powerful thermostat can be installed anywhere and controlled by remote from anywhere in your home.

This economical thermostat can be easily installed in minutes.  There are no need to run new wires, so you can do it yourself.  Although this thermostat is installed in your home, it is also able to display outdoor temperature and humidity. Along with accurate detailed temperature and monitoring, the return air sensor works to maintain safe indoor temperature if for some reason there is a power loss in your home.

These are a few additional features the Honeywell Wireless FocusPro Thermostat comes with:

-  The display screen is available in large screen or standard

-  A large light blue backlit display allows for easy reading

-  The Wireless FocusPro comes with Precise Comfort Control which means it maintains temperature to the highest level of accuracy

-  Easy to use soft-key controls

-  Battery replacement is easy with the flip-out door; you no longer have to remove or disable the thermostat

The Honeywell Wireless FocusPro Thermostat also features an Equipment Interface Module(EIM) that allows your HVAC equipment to communicate from the wireless device.  The Wireless FocusPro achieves all of this while maintaining 62 F for heating and 82 F for cooling.  This technology allows Honeywell to state that you can save up to 33% off of your energy bill.

Many purchasers of this product said they would recommend the Honeywell Wireless FocusPro Thermostat to a friend and have been overall pleased with its performance.  This thermostat may be a bit more expensive when compared to others, but the overall performance and ease of use make it a great value.

Spring is not just for cleaning, but also for repairing your house heating and cool system. My roommates and I check the furnace filter, make sure the fan is running correctly, and sometimes replace the thermostat. We like to use our furnace to circulate and clean the air to remove all of the pollen that is in the air. Invensys makes some nice controlls and I’ve also found a brand called PECO that uses a custom algorithm to run the system fan during the spring time. The only site I’ve been able to buy them at is thermostatlinevoltage.com there may be other sources out there though. Just some thoughts.
